Order Processing & Shipping Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 5–7 business days after the order is placed.
Delivery Timeframes
Once your order is picked up by the courier, delivery times are as follows:
- Cairo & Alexandria: within 1 to 3 days
- Delta & Canal cities: within 5 days
- Upper Egypt & Hurghada: within 4 to 7 days
Inspection on Delivery
When your order arrives, the courier will wait up to 5 minutes while you open and inspect the package.

Refusal at Delivery
If you notice any issue during the inspection window, you may refuse the entire order and hand it back to the courier.

Partial refusal is not allowed — the whole order must be returned if refused.

In this case, you will only be charged the shipping fee.
Returns After Delivery
If you accept the delivery, you can still return items individually under our Return & Refund Policy

Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 business days of the shipping date, please contact us:
We’ll track your shipment and either resolve the delay or send a replacement at no extra cost.
