Return & Refund Policy
1. Overview
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. This policy applies to all orders placed through the HAYAT EDITIONS Store (www.hayateditions.com).
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return or refund for eligible items.
For defective items, please refer to Section 8 for specific conditions and timelines.
2. What Can Be Returned?
To qualify for a return, items must:

Be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them

Retain all original tags, labels, and packaging
3. How to Request a Return

Reason for return
We’ll respond (usually within 1–2 business days) with return instructions and arrange a pickup.
4. Shipping Your Return
Cost: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect (see Section 8).
5. Inspection & Approval
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days and you’ll receive a confirmation email.

If not approved, we’ll notify you. Upon request, we can return the item to you at your expense, or you may choose to forfeit it.
6. Refunds

Online payments: Refunded to your original payment method within 7–14 business days of approval.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refunded via Instapay to your bank account after approval.
7. Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. To swap size or color, please return your original item for a refund, then place a new order.
8. Defective or Incorrect Items
We’re committed to resolving any issues with your order. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will handle it promptly and cover all return and replacement shipping costs.
Defective Items
If an item has a manufacturing defect (e.g. damaged fabric, faulty stitching), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. The item must be in its original, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Once confirmed, we will:

Arrange for the item to be collected

Offer either a replacement of the same item at no extra cost, or a full refund (via original payment method or Instapay for COD orders)
Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item (e.g. wrong size, color, or product), please contact us within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original condition with all tags and packaging.
We will:

Arrange for the incorrect item to be collected

Issue a replacement or refund, based on your preference
Shipping for both returns and replacements in these cases is fully covered by us.
